Return Conditions

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, refunds are not accepted for services or products that have been used, partially used, delivered digitally, are single-use in nature, or cannot be returned by their nature. This includes digital services, downloadable or instantly delivered products, and services that begin processing immediately after purchase.

BoostGrams does not issue refunds except in the following cases:

1. The order is not completed within 72 hours.

2. The order is delivered incompletely.

3. The order is delivered incorrectly.

Refund requests outside the situations listed above are not accepted. In cases of incomplete, incorrect, or unfinished orders, the service will be recalculated and re-delivered rather than refunded.

Payment Responsibility

Only payment methods that legally belong to you may be used when placing an order on BoostGrams. Payments made using stolen cards or other illegal methods will be cancelled. BoostGrams reserves the right to initiate legal action in such cases.

Platform Updates and Service Interruptions

BoostGrams is not responsible for delays, drops, or interruptions caused by updates or changes made by social media platforms. As the timing and nature of such updates are unpredictable, service continuity cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, BoostGrams reserves the right to pause or cancel orders. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions.

Incorrect Information

If the service cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information provided in the order form, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring all confirms are accurate.

Order Processing

Refund requests are not accepted once an order has entered processing. Customers must be certain of their decision before placing an order.

Account Visibility

Accounts must be set to public in order for services to be delivered. No service will be provided to private or restricted accounts. Orders placed for such accounts will be cancelled without refund.

Content Restrictions

BoostGrams reserves the right to cancel any order deemed inappropriate by management. Orders related to +18 content, prohibited content, or accounts violating platform policies will be cancelled without refund.

Abuse and Defamation

Orders placed by users who defame BoostGrams or publish harmful or misleading negative statements may be cancelled without refund. BoostGrams reserves this right at all times. By placing an order, customers accept this condition.

Policy Changes

BoostGrams reserves the right to modify, remove, or add provisions to this refund policy at any time without prior notice. All customers are deemed to have accepted the current version of the policy at the time of purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

If you purchase the same service from another provider before your BoostGrams order is completed, all responsibility lies with you.

Legal and Payment Issues

If any legal dispute, chargeback, or payment provider rejection occurs related to a payment made to BoostGrams, BoostGrams reserves the right to cancel the associated order.

Accuracy of User Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to BoostGrams is accurate and up to date. BoostGrams cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrect information, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
